Stage II Head TQ. sequence help.....

Can someone tell the the Tq. sequence and lb. for Stage II heads? Cometics with studs, and ARP lube.

Instructions say start and torque all to 45. Then 55, 65, and then the red gets 75. Although I know a lot that torque all to 80 or 85.
