I was actually just wandering what it means to have a stage II buick. What classifies a car as stage II?

another thing that classifies you as a stage 2 car owner is that: at some point you had a lot of money, but now you're broke! (but fast) 
All joking aside though, it's nothing to do with the car, only the engine block. Stage 2 motors were built with beefier blocks, and either 4 or 6 bolt main caps, and 14 head bolt surfaces, as opposed to the stock 109 block's 8. really capable of SERIOUS horsepower. THese blocks were not offered in production cars, they were developed by BMS for use in busch series NASCAR's.
