Why doesn't the G body kit come with a 1/4" plug, to cap off the signal pipe after removing it?
Actually the instructions don't address removing the signal tube. The info from the CK speaks about removing the signal tube.

The removal of the signal pipe is only part of CKs shift kit and not a requirement of the brake.

We installed the trans brake from GBody.
The instructions were one sheet. I got CK, instructions from a local friend. We took the pipe off and threaded and tapped the hole not using the expansion plug.
The trans brake appears to work, no track seat time yet.
We dont know who's shift kit was put in prior?
