Stageright TB problem

Whe I set the TB into 1st gear, trans will hold, but when I try to go up on boost, motor revs but boost comes up real slow and when i bang the shifter into drive, car just acts like trans is slipping. Weird part is when car is launched with foot brake, it launches hard and does not act like it is slipping and goes through all the gears normally. Could the shifter not be engaging 1 & reverse fully? Help

How long has is been in/doing this. Did you take out the correct check balls? If anyone needs a copy of the directions let me know. It does sound like an engagement problem though.

Trans is virtually brand new. I watched the guy build it with billet parts for me. I did the SR install and i know its right. Trans does not slip anytime except when TB is engaged. This is a high 10 sec car. Before I had the interior out for a cage install the TB worked great.

I haven't had a problem with mine yet. I do not even get any roll after engaging and rips when pushed forward. Try and contact TurboMike he used to install/sell these brakes. Did you drop the pan and check the linkage on DS? Or check torque on VB loss of pressure might cause your problem.
