Stainless header versus stock

I cracked my driverside exhaust manifold so i ordered a stainless one. Now Im wondering if i dont buy both sides will it affect my performance not having the same size header on both sides.The new one will flow bettter than the stock passenger side so ill have uneven flow.Or does that matter?

Stock header was stainless, just 400 series (cheaper). New stainless header on one side and stock on other will make no negative difference in performance. Good luck
