i'm back

well i finaly picked up the my buick saturday all the way from eastchester n.y. to miami fl, via my jeep grand-cherrokee and and car transport from u-hall, guys my jeep (94 5.2 v-8) is a work horse took us there and back in minus 3 degree temp, with no problem.. i had to get that out of the way props to my jeep:)
Now my buick is nice original owner 118k on the clock runs awsome but the converter is bad ( i think) thats why i've been asking you guy for advice( and all you guys have come threw for me with awsome advise, THANKS GUYS ;) now the converter runs but when i try to power brake it nothing happens the boost never gets past 2-3 lbs of boost the car still runs like a rocket but i cannot power brake to get a good jump i found a converter a d-5 for $125 from turbo buick performance is that a fair price ??
and some one told me about a blow out valve, what is it ? -where do i install it ?- and is it worth haveing one and yes whats the average price to pay for one? thanks again guys

I'm not sure of Art Carrs quality NOW. This was back in '87 when there was only one Art Carr, and was done by Level 10 before they were Level 10. LOL ...... AHHH the good ole days Yes, Level 10 was good years ago
