Stall Recommendation?

Hey guys, the car is now putting over 500 hp and torque to the wheels and the tranny is heavily built, but I'm still running a 10" converter with only a 2800 stall. The turbo is a 68gtq. I'm pretty sure I need a larger stall on a 9.5" converter, but how big of a stall do you guys recommend keeping in mind it is a street car, not a strip car? I also have a fairly large tranny cooler. Opinions much appreciated.

I can spool that turbo with a 3200 9.5" n/l converter and it will be very driveable.
