Don’t think so. Keep mine at 36-37# line off pressure at idle. No issues.

I would make sure you check & double check ECM connections, grounds, crank sensor/gap, make sure you have good ignition coils, & module.

These cars will make you absolutely livid at times! Best of luck.

But what’s it do at 40?

My bad!! 36-37# line on.

I believe Eric says to set it at 42-43# line off.

Guy pointing out I look like a fool!!!! 😂 I don’t need any help looking like a fool….hey, we like to have fun here.

you had me second guessing myself......

Thanks for the reminder about line off. All my measurements have been line on.
I’m going to manually bump it to 40 (line on) while it’s idling correct and see if it shits the bed like it’s been doing.

Car started and ran normally tonite after work,..... so i manually adjusted the FP up to 40 .... and of course no change. Now that i see how it reacts to RPM, i see why when it was running poorly the FP raised to 40. Low RPM, low vacuum,... = higher FP.

I'll disconnect the ECM tomorrow, check pins, and swap in a spare and see what i get.
