When I put my motor in the car before I start it do I need to do anything to the cam sensor. can it be installed the wrong way? Cap 180 degrees? What else do I need to do to get it started up right. It is a roller cam setup do I need to break it in?

Rollercam requires no breakin. Prime the hell out of it. Set the cam sensor, besure oil is full water is full. Double check all plugs, vaccum line and start her up! It will be noisey until the lifters fully pump up. Good luck!:D

Bring engine up to 25AFTDC, drop in sensor. Turn wheel to line up notch with cap. Verify with a volt meter. As soon as voltage drops your set.
Cam Sensor Information

I like to start priming my motors on the stand, pack gears with vaseline or pour oil into cooler lines.

So do u set the the motor up to 25 AFTDC and drop the cam sensor assemble in. Set the cam window to the driver side. Hook up volt meter to the B side and adjust counter clockwise until voltage drops below 7.5 volts?
