Thanks guys. Finally got the interior done, at least as far as I can go for now. Still have one piece to replace.

My JB-Weld job on the upper dash panel obviously did not withstand be remounted.

Now to move under the car. Have to replace the pan gasket, and also the tranny pan gasket. But before I start on that, one detail bugged me. Turbo heat shield needed to be re-finished to the proper color, and the bolts refinished to their original (as new) color.

I saw that, and actually used some of that technique where I could, but if you notice his was cracked in the best place, the middle/widest part of the panel. Mine was over the speaker screen area only had a small area to work with on the front of the panel and a TINY area on the rear of the panel, plus several busted loose little screen area. :(

I'm afraid at this point, I'll have to bite the bullet and order one from Kirbans.

But not quite ready to give up yet.

Ended up dragging the panel back out and decided to try some more agressive soldering iron "welding". First had to get all the J-B Quick peeled off and out of the way. That was WAY more easy than I thought it would be. Just got a small screw driver under one edge and the stuff just popped right off.

The using a soldering iron, "welded" the front and back of each crack and sanded to jagged edges. Got to the point where everytime I moved it around a new crack started, so got them as best I could, repainted and reinstalled.

I know, it's not perfect but it's the best I could do. The rear crack is on a very narrow piece of plastic that just wont hold, but I'm happier for now.
