Starting the (re)search... turbo options

Before you even get thinking of a different turbo or converter get a Powerlogger and fuel transducer. From that hard data you can make better decisions.

Sounds like a plan, I am several months out, yet, but looking to gather all the info possible. Been thinking about a powerlogger anyway, probably be a good time to do that.

Perhaps the converter is the problem?

very difficult to figure out over the internet,i will say the flash stall is where the magic happens.what rpm does the converter flash to?you could also do a 3rd gear pull and look at rpm and mph and run it through Wallace or tci racing calculators.

I will watch my shift rpm from 2-3 next time I drive it. Is there a target I should be looking for with this turbo?
