Not to hard, just time consuming. Here is a short break down on the R&R.
Disconnect intermediate steering shaft in engine compartment.
Disconnect park range selector rod from column.
Remove lower dash insulation panel and the lower steering colunm cover.
Remove the 2 15mm headed nuts that hold the column to the support. Disconnect shift indicator cable if column shift.
Disconnect turn signal,wiper,HL dimmer, starter,neutral safety and cruise control switch connectors.
Remove 4 bolts/studs that hold the column to the firewall.
Remove column from car.
Reverse procedure for reinstallation.
