Steering wheel opinions wanted

I'm swapping t Ttype dash into my hybrid. Due to the wiper switch arrangement, I decided to swap columns while I'm at it. My replacement column came without a steering wheel, and I am considering my wheel options. I'm leaning towards a Regal wheel. I've looked here and on ebay. The really nice ones are pretty expensive, and the affordable ones need recovering and a horn ring. Has anyone had one recovered? Who does that? I've also looked at Grant's wheels, and Flaming River makes a nice one that's way out of my price range.

Forgot to ask, are the electrical components integral to the horn ring or will I have to find that too?
