Sticking break lights

My break light's are sticking and I have to use my toe to pull up on the pedal to turn them off. I looked under the dash to fix the problem and it looks totally different than any other GM I have dealt with.

on the brake pedal arm you will see two switches.the switch with the orange and white wires carefully push it into its holder towards the brake pedal arm a few clicks...it just snaps in....
if doesnt help,the brake booster is going south??
