Stock 3 Bolt Flange Question...

Does the stock 3 bolt flange on the turbine side mate with a standard 3 bolt exhaust flange? ie:

Universal 2.5 Inch Inlet 3 Bolt Exhaust Flange FastWayRacer.Com

I'm building a short length from my stock manifolds on my car to the TE44's I'm going to be running.
