I have a spare D5 that was rebuilt and upgraded a few years back at the same time that Deltrans in Newark, DE rebuilt and upgraded my trans for me. I had them do 2 of these. They upgraded the bearings and brazed the fins ,cost $250.00 each. I would sell the spare fresh one for the $250.00 in the rebuilt and shipping costs. I will have a stock D5 converter. I am also located in North Royalton. Stall convertor is currently in vehicle. I will be putting another one (PTC 2800). I already have this TC. I will probably have the D5 out in the begining of may late april if you can wait that long. PM me if you are interested
