I am just wondering if anyone has any numbers for the big 3 stock Location Intercoolers (Mease, PTE, Thunderfab). It seems like we are always on the verge of a good test between the three and then the thread dies. Just wondering if anyone has any new info, IE: before and after dyno numbers or track numbers for any of the three. I am just looking for hard numbers, I dont want a debate over which you "think" is better. I know which is the most expensive(and hard to get) and which is the cheapest. I really want the Mease but I have been trying to get one for about a year, so I am looking at other options.
Any info you have would be greatly appreciated in this decision!

i've been p*ssing up this rope for awhile to no avail. i had a thread going in the turbo section. i'm looking at the thunderfab and pte stock location ones myself. other than the t-fab unit is cheaper i haven't gotten any other info really.
 
I had a buddy running 11.9-11.8 with a 3000 mile stock we4. Only changes were blue tops, 49 turbo, and an old Mark Jackson (1.5 stock) intercooler. You don't need a big bad intercooler to go 11s. I'm running 12.0 @ 115 with a 2.1 60' time in street trim on alky and 22-23 lbs of boost with the combo below.

That statement has been proven many times!:)

If you are looking to go high 10's, the Meese and PTE will do it, and maybe the Thunderfab too.

You probably already know this but.......
Your car, with bigger injectors should go 11s no sweat. The intercooler is the last link for your car to be complete but you need bigger injectors to go with your ported heads. ESPECIALLY after a new bigger I/C...... Good luck with your I/C choice though, I don't think you can go wrong with anyone of them...

The thing is, that with my alky injection I dont feel like I am really pushing my injectors. I am only running 38-40psi line off. An upgrade to the 65's is coming but I dont feel like they are needed right now. I know the car has an 11 in it the way it sits, but I would like to go as deep into the 11's as possible:D , and I think that the intercooler would be a big help.

You think since Precision was saying that theres was "the best slic ever made" that they would back it up.

Id be happy to replace my Mease 24 row if another IC was proven better.

Do you have any before & after times from your mease?
