stock lower intercooler mount

There is a threaded stud that first goes into the block, then does the lower sheet metal mount go on? I reinstalled it this way and there is zero clearance between the intercooler and fan. Does this lower mount need to be spaced forward somehow?

do you have the hoses on and driver side mount already on ?

Yeah, the hoses push it forward some so it all seems good to go now.
