Stock oil filter adaptor.

I have a biggie old filter adaptor and need to switch back to a stock one. Anyone know where I could get one? I bought one of Mark's billet filters he sells, and it looks like they require a stock adaptor. Thanks.

i thought that the biggie adapter was just a piece that screwed over the stock oil filter mount?
in other words- just take the biggie adapter off and you are set.

No, you remove the stock piece and replace it with the bigge adapter. I have a stock one but you can probably get one closer to you.

I'm talking about the steel adaptor fitting that gets replaced to fit a larger oil filter. I need a stock sized one instead of the larger one posted there. I believe the pictured one is an RJC biggie adaptor.

The wife would love those parts on the kitchen counter. :tongue:

i'm sure there was another GM car or truck that used the same oil filter that had a sandwich adapter like that for an oil cooler.

Pretty crazy price, huh? I appreciate it very much, Nick. I didn't want to slow the project down. I'm under the gun because of a work detail that's going to take me out of state.

As for junkyards, we don't have any here that are worth a sh!t.
