It has the eq and came out of a 9,000 mile car cass and all worked great when taken out

I also have one, its not in perfect shape tho. Its missing one of the silver plates for the knobs and the cassete deck used to like to give me a hard time. Its just sitting in my house now so u can have it for pretty cheap...
