Stock Rocker Arm or Tool

I can't find my Kirban spring removal tool or my original rockers to make a tool and getting a stock styler rocker locally has proven to be harder than I thought!
So, I'm looking for either a stock rocker arm or a tool similar to what Kirban used to sell, but I'm hoping not to pay $40+. Please let me know if you're willing to part with either and what you need out of it. Thanks!
