How can I tell if the rocker arms or shafts are worn out?
What is the signs of a rocker arm that is bad?
Would I need to use a micrometer caliper?
Thanks for any help.

they have grooves in them ie not smooth

rocker arm will get thin around pushrod area can usually see abnormal wear check for cracks and valve side will get wear groove can reface but usually better/cheaper to just get better aftermarket ones or at least replace with new oem style

Thanks for the reply.
Is there any other info on this matter you can offer?

Thanks again

I pulled the rockers and push rods a push rod on number 4 was bent just a little.
