Stock Turbo 28k

This turbo was pulled off a car I just bought around 28k it sat on the shelf for few years and I bolted it on to move the car around for a couple of months because I sold the 61 turbo that was on it. This turbo is very tight and no play or sign of oil leaks when I bolted back on the car. It includes the inlet bell but does not include actuator. I would like $200 shipped to lower 48 and I will post pics tomorrow evening.Thanks
