To my knowledge, I don't think so, not even T-netics lists a bb option for a stocker.
The smallest T3 based dual ball bearing chra that Garrett makes is a 50 trim with the stage 3 T31 turbine wheel. Which in the Buick world is not a known turbo. But in the Sport Compact world is widely known and loved. However, it would still be 75 hp higher in capability than a stock TBO-348 turbo due to it's 450 fwhp rating. Due to the wheel sizes involved and the very specific balancing procedures required on dual bb turbos, I doubt anyone would want to try to do one.
