Stop messages going to email

How do I stop messages going to my email ?
I have unchecked all but private messages but I still get emails when some one has replied to a post I have started. Thanks

User CP, Edit options, default subscription - do not subscribe.
When you subscribe and someone posts, it will e-mail you.

or use the drop down and choose no e-mail notification (in UCP, edit option, default subscrip.)

I did do that ? But I just checked my email and your 2 replys did not come up so maybe it took a day to activate ? LOL
I'll keep you posted.
