Jun 22, 2011 #3 D daves87gn Member Joined Dec 15, 2008 Messages 1,063 X2 if its a newer bike just disconnect ground from battery, and add STA-BIL Fuel Stabilizer if your really worried about it. but i have had bikes sit for 6 months with out doing anything to them, and they would always start right up.

If it is carbed I'd drain the gas out of the bowls,fill the tank with fuel, put the bat on a smart charger, cover it up and that's about it. IBBY
