Strange Fuel Question

Car was workin fine up until bout a week ago, nothing has been changed, same octane fuel etc

93 octane
alky (which is most likely why its not knocking under throttle on freeway)
340 with hotwire
adjustable reg
stock turbo

I notice the 02s when idling are around 700-800. then when I press the throttle and start movingthe knock gauge goes to red the audible goes off. when I initially press the throttle the 02s go from 7-800 idling down to 035 etc breifely then up to 112 & so on and at bout 35 mph or so its up in the 7-800 normal range. so.it knocks in the red EVERYTIME I initally press the throttle but only up to 35-40 mph give or take then its fine.

Any ideas

I take that back it just started doing it while im driving. its fine when im cruising and fine five seconds or so after I touch the throttle, but anytime I give pressure to the gas pedal the 02s go from normal down to .050 etc breifly then back up to normal

what are blm at idel what headers are on it

stock manifolds that have gussets welded where they normaly crack and bl at idle is bout 125

how much timming retard are you getting when knock gauge goes red

almost everytime it goes to 19 point something

and the actuator rod is disasembled so I know its not over boosting or anything
