I cant figure this out. When my fan turns on engine rpm drops so low the car almost dies. Also it goes completly lean the 02's go between 0 and 150. I have a scanmaster and all numbers are within specs. Only when fan is on does it do this. The alternator is brand new and all the grounds are clean and tight. Also voltage is 13.2 - 13.9 with fan on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
