Strange request

O.K.....here it goes....
My wife has this weird life long dream of .....

riding an ostrich.

I promised her that if someone factually knew of a place in the continental U.S.A. that she could do this, I would take her. Soooo, if anyone can even point me in the general location of where this could happen I would really appreciate it. She is a small framed southern girl with a wild and crazy side and has put up with me for 22 years, so I want to at least try to make this happen.
