Street/race chip????

I've been outta the loop for over 5 years and i'm hearing there is a chip that will run 18 to 20 lbs boost on the "STREET"on 93 octane with no downsides and can still run accessories. I'm from the old school with these cars and having a hard time believeing this but willing to try.
I'm considering getting my GN out and looking into this new technology.

Which chip is the BEST????

There are a lot of good chip burners out there. There are also a lot of good tools to let you do it yourself. It really depends on how much time and understanding you have. For most people a bought chip is plenty good, you will need to tell the maker whay you have done and or what your going to have done. Basically yes its possible, but there a lot of factors.
