Sun visors

Anyone here re do them? Or have a trick on how to tighten them up? Mine keep falling down.

I'm guessing you have tightened the screw on the inside next to the hinge? They are not worth redoing if your talking the cardboard regular visors better to just buy new ones.

It could be the screw needs tightening or the bracket itself could be broke. Or the plastic bushing. I had the problem and replacing the bracket worked. Here is a link I'm pretty sure gbodyparts carries these too. http://www.autosunvisors.com/mounts.htm

Like Butchman says & our vendors probably. Your local GM aka Buick dealer might have the replacement bushings available. That's how I got mine. They were the cheapest parts I ever got from GM!!!

I also shimmed the hole a little with a split paper match (remember them?) to make the bushing fit more snug and that worked.
