GM discontinued belt 12399983 . the one on my car was rubbing hard and when removed measured 64.0 inch.
a cross refererence gave me Dayco 640K6 5060640DR DO NOT use this belt. It seemed to fit but 4 hours later had stretched and was rubbing.
I now have a Gates K060630 6PK1601 the package said 63-5/8 or 1616 mm. It fits with 1 finger clearance on the take up idler.
