According to the map . . . if "sweet spot" is defined as "center of highest efficiency" . . . . it is not much at all! LOL
I am sure you run outside of the "sweet spot" on a 231CID motor, IF that is the definition.

......... it has alot to do with supporting mods ..

I have a TA60, which is similar to the TE60 but with the bolt on inlet bell. Depending on track prep and weather my car will run 11 flat all day long between 25-27 psi. I have run as much as 30 psi, but don't see much of a gain above 27 psi. I have the usual bolt ons, but am running a stock un-opened engine.
 
Getting the 60-1 compressor to work effectively with a stage 3 turbine is about impossible. You are pretty much limited to 50lbs/min. The compressor will go well beyond the turbine
