Switchinf from a locking converter to N/L

What is needed to be done to the transmission to switch from a locking converter to a non-lock? TIA

you need a non lock-up valve, part #7-ccv. all venders here, or e-bay for $22
made by Transgo, and a non lock-up torque converter.
