synthetic oil

As what I call conventional oil is becoming harder to find I wonder if my nearly 100,000 mile GN will suffer any if I put synthetic blend oil in it.

Will probably develop an oil leak . I changed back to Dino oil because of that.
Driven HR-2 (10W30) or Valvoline VR-1 , Brad Penn (Penn Grade) & Lucas Hot Rod & Classics oil are all fortified with the ZDDP our cars with flat tappet cams need.
