T-350 mechanical modulator

How is this installed on a 350 transmission, i bought one and cannot see how it gets installed unless i have the wrong part.

Kinda hard to figure out what's the hang up without being able to see it. If it's the one I'm thinking of, you pull the old one out, put the new one in and adjust the cable like it was a TV cable for the TH200-4R.
