T-70 upgrade

What can be done to a T-70 to make it spool up faster and make it stronger? Can it be converted into a GTQ turbo or a GTS?

How bout a RJC or grainger valve? Worked for me. No pressure behind the actuator until it's 18 psi setting. I then adjust boost highr than that with double solenoids, for adjustability and to avoid spikes.
