t-link problem

I am a new user to the turbo link, I plugged the cord into the aldl and hooked up the tlink and every thing seemed to be working fine. Until I saw 20-30 degrees of knock with the scamaster and tlink when the car was just at idle. I unplug the cord and the knock goes away, plug it back in and the false knock comes back.
Any suggestions would be great.

You should be able to hear that much knock if it was actually happeneing. My bet would be a fart in the data stream. (Don't ya love my technical terms?) Most likely a loose ground somewhere.

Sounds like the car is in ALDL mode?

Is it v2.13 or the Windows version?

Lemme know and we'll get it fixed.... probably a simple "snip" of the ALDL control wire in the cable.
