t top weatherstrip install

hi all new guy here.does anyone know the easiest way to replace my t top weatherstrips?would it b easier to work it into the channels with the framework for the t tops on or do i have to remove it?

Follow those instructions, and be prepared to do a lot of scraping, I used various sizes of plastic and metal putty knives and scrapers. I did use some 3M adhesive remover to help with the job.
