but the catch is, you have to buy the car they're on
my 81 sport coupe needs a new home.with a little love and a few bucks, it will run like a champ again. I did some work on it, and when I was done it never ran right again. I think the carb is bad, or there is something wrong with the electrical harness. These engines only use the computer for smog stuff, and idle, if you install a non computer controlled carb, and dist. you should be good to go.
tires are near brand new, bfg's. 255's in the back, 235's in the front. they probably have about 500 miles on them, and are going to waste sitting on this car not being driven. the t wheels dont have caps, they have black paint on the inside of the blades like the 85's did, but have no curb rash and besides the paint, they're in very very good condition!
the car is very straight, starts right up, but has a bad miss and wont idle.. Tranny shifts hard, and engine was running great.also has about 800 miles on the new exhaust, new cat, and it did pass smog with ease this year.
paint is original, faded, interrior is faded but complete. Clean title, original ca. car. Would be a good candidate for a race car, or even a daily drive like I used it for. I have to let the car go, I got the elky running and I only want one car.
wheels and tires are at least worth $650.00, you all know how much bfg's cost, and clean t wheels are at least $50 a peice. The car is worth about $450 since it dont run, will take $900 firm, or TRADES of equil value. what do you have?? thanks guys, sorry for the long threat, saves time answering questions......310-741-9020. oh yeah, registration is current.
