t350 problems

this is a 4 wheel drive turbo350 trans
Ok if i run the thing in 1st gear it seems ok but as soon as i shift up to 2nd it seems to lock up some thing or drop to a lower gear. If i start in drive it wont shift and jump in and out of gear and sounds like something is broke or grinding in the trans, rev is ok tho. It sounds to be coming from over top the valve body inside.

This is in my jeep , so i thought it was my t case but i canged it and the same thing happens.

sounds like

second gear sprag is out of it or the rear planet is doing something funny.
