What differences will there be between the 2? I currently have a TA-60 and am looking for a turbo thats a little more streetable, without considerably losing quarter mile times. Car is capable of mid 11's currently at 25 psi/ Speaking of which, how high can I raise the boost levels with the TA-49?
Car has an upgraded D5 that stalls at a true 2400. Rear end is a 3.42 ratio. I have not yet decided on a cam, but I want to replace the comp cams 206/206 with a less aggressive cam. It worked well with the TA-61 turbo, but its just too noisy for daily driving. Anyone have any recommendations for a quieter cam that will work better than a stock cam? I know it all depends on the turbo thats on the car, so I want to set this up and forget about it.
