From your personal experience? Russ Merritt has had good success with it putting it on several local cars here. I run the Boost Commander which has the ability to do the same, allow boost to build faster and have no problem spooling my GT6131 with a D5.

60 vs 49

I'm running a 60 on my 87 turbo t, using the stock converter and a rjc boost control. I'm having no problems spooling and my gas mileage is great. Went from montreal to new jersey on 1 tank not sure on the mpg but it must be in the upper 20's. My car is still using the stock cam heads, and has only a stretch intercooler and 42.5 injectors. I'm currently in the 11's with a best of 11.49 @ 119mph in the quarter. I see no problem with using the 60 for the street, almost forgot running 25lbs with alky. Had a 49 on the car for about 2 weeks but never got to push it or really tune it.All I will say is it pulled harder then the stocker. My friend gave me his 60 before I could run the 49, Gona be for sale soon since I'm sticking with the 60.

When I Did the RJC boost control mod I also installed the Gbodyparts.com 3" dp and deleted the cat for a dump. After I installed both I took the car out for a drive to see the SOTP difference. At about 45 mph i layed into it good (not all the way) on a long straight stretch of road and the car lit em' up so bad I almost went into the next lane. It was SCARY, and im only running 16 lbs with stock turbo/converter. I know i did the Dp too so it was def more of a difference but dam, it was like a new beast.

How do I diagnose if its the cam sensor thats noisy??

You guys recommend anyone in the Central IL area who knows enough about what to look for on these motors to diagnose why the valvetrain is so noisy??
