Theres a guy selling some TA stock style headers with a 3" Kirbans Downpipe and test pipe for 700shipped.. Is there any benefit going with these? Faster spool? Thanks,

i love them great deal. faster spool up and more aggressive sound and no cracking issues

I decided against it as soon as I saw they were the stock style and that it was the 2 piece dp just got an ATR with external wastegate instead

You should try to get just the headers. What's wrong That They are stock style? They are way better than the junk from factory.

My stock style TA driver side header hits the steering shaft during left turns. :(

No. I recently installed the header and I plan to call TA about the problem.

I never had a problem with them.. Have a new set of TA "stockers" goin on a pretty much stock WE4. I really don't see that much performance gain until the car is FLYING ! Stockers have gone well into the 10's and 9's:cool:

though the redesign on driver side with the TA "stock" takes out the 3-5 tube crack that stock has , everything cracks eventually , sooner if you push them hard

I've been looking at a set of these also. Since I discovered my DS has a major crack,I pulled it the other night not too bad yeesh, but I don't want to do it all the time. Anyway getting it repaired will be probably quite a bit more than where you guys live so I want to just replace the damn things for all I know the PS is cracked or ready to go.

I see there is a set that comes in mild steel,is there a benefit to that,I could see where welding would be easier(I could do it myself (mig)). I'd like to hear more about this possible fitment problem before I sell a kidney.
