SInce I have decided to go stage 2 route I no longer need these items. THese are the TA 4 bolt SS headers for production converted to 4 bolt, all tig welded by me, and have bungs welded in them for EGT's. THe crossover pipe has been welded to prevent leaks. The headers come with flanges for a turbosmart 48-50MM gate, which I can supply at added cost. The DP is SS 3.5" custom made with a gt42 outlet flange, I am willing to cut off the flange and install a gtq 3.5/8" v band flange at NO extra cost. Yes the DP fits with A/c. I prefer to sell as a package, dp, headers, gate. $1600 including the gate, $1300 without the gate. Shipping extra. Due to the 4 bolt setup this would be well suited for a 4.1 stage motor.

That wastegate looking thingy...is that a Sound Performance flap to help 4 bolt spool-up? If it is how did it work for you?
 
Yes it is, and it worked well for spooling, however since the motor was a dud, nothing could have helped it make any power.
 
If you were to split up, I would be interested in the DP and the spool-up flap thingy. I already have the TA headers and a PTE 71 gtq with the .81 housing, so I would need the different DP flange I guess. Thanks
 
I am going to re-use the spool up thingy on the s2 i am building, but here is the problem the height of your t4 flange is probably not the same as my flange, so the DP might not fit 100%. Also the DP is made to use with the quick spool valve so if you do not use one it will be 3/4" too tall. I am willing to mod the DP so it works without the quick spool valve, but I still can;t guarantee its going to fit your headers.

Everyone do you realize that no one makes a 3.5" v band DP that fits with a v-band flange, this is why I had to make this, the hours of work don;t even come close to the costs. This is a bolt in deal , order a PTE 76 turbo, billet what ever you want and you have a 9 sec car. I am open to some offers, if you don;t want the gate, etc.
 
Do you want wastegate included, if not, I will cut the flanges off and re-use them on my new setup.

Yes I might be interested, but I have an off-center motor. I need a set of S2 lifters and street cam. 4.00 pistons for a 3.59 crank, alum oil pan. Your welcome to send pics/list of what you got.

Looks like to ship the headers is $63, and the DP another $84 (they are high), not sure I can get it in one box but i doubt it. That comes to $1300 plus $150 shipping. I'll take $100 off and make it $1350 shipped..

This is with no gate and NO flanges for the gate, and no quick spool valve. I will give you a SS v-band clamp/ ring for the dp connection, free.$40 value. This FITS with AC and no mods to the wheel well heater box at all.

The intake is OFF Center, Also the motor has a 236/236 soild billet roller and sheetmeatal pan! I think I have an extra set of solid lifters also somewhere??
 
Send an email so I can send pics of intake. I 'm pulling motor out in a fw weeks. Motor has only dyno miles on it
