Just wanted to say thanks to Mike at TA for a great product. I am more than pleased with the durability and the power we have made so far. If there is anybody on the fence on what set to buy I GUARANTEE you will not be disappointed with the quality and durability of these heads. Dan at DLS is a TA Performance dealer and can take care of anything you may need.

Ted you are right, those heads are awesome! Dan has you flying, awesome engine builder! Man I can't wait to bust our TA's out on the TSM car! TA Performance is also a vendor on the board!

Good luck on your run BTW!

The heads are no joke.
Ted is making great power with them.
These would be my choice on a 9 second or faster stock type head car.

Ted do you care to mention how much cfm yours are flowing??

I've seen posts of 240 to now over 300cfm which really makes things fun.

We didn't flow them, we were under the gun to get the car back out and didn't have time. Dan said he would bet they are over 300 CFM on the intake.

Those heads are sick:D

When rebuild time comes I will be getting them as well. Though I will have to sell both kidneys and my liver to build it the way I want...LOL

Must be nice, my ported stockers are probably 205.

Why not port the Champion intake to match, is the BGC that much better or do you have a lot of time and $$ in it??

There was a issue with fitments with he Champion intake with the on-center block/porting work.

We tried a non-ported Champion intake but that wouldn't work out right so we started with a non-ported BGC intake. I think Tom has changed some of the CNC work now so the problem we had should not be a problem for others down the road.

Ted, I ASSume they are heavily ported verses out of the box?

They have TA's CNC work and Dan at DLS did the final work to them. There is more we can do down the road. Dan felt they would meet our goals, but after Fiscus showed us where we need to go, it may be time to get back into things sooner than I thought!!!

Ah gotcha, sounds like you would've preferred the Champion.

It's guys like you that help us slower guys out with being the guinea on some parts and getting things tweaked from then on.

Thanks Ted it was an incredible feeling to see a 8.42 light up on the board
that early in the morning . Usually they are a shake down pass. I would like
to stress though that there is no one part that is responsible for Ted's
performance ,it's the total package. A total package of excellent parts and
car equates to an awesome performance. Oh ya gota give the driver a little
credit too.;) ;) ;)
