My car is doing some weird stuff like bogging down but letting the turbo spool super quick style, but still I'd be faster naturally aspirated...which has led me to this question: what rpms should the TA49 start spooling at? Should you get ANY boost w/ stock converter? May car right now...when its not acting up...will get no boost off the line and power brake up to only 1800rpms and only have like 5 psi at 3000rpms. Is that correct for a TA49? Most of the mods are below...as you can see, not much past stock.

so there is something really wrong here...:(
My vac lines were swicted giving me only 11 psi and when I fixed them I was running 17psi...but I guess there is somethingh still off...maybe I should replace the vac lines?
How much boost do you launch at at your 2800rpms?

I just thought....could it be my Poston headers/Crossover pipe/3" downpipe that the prev owner installed?

YA, you could have a pre-turbo exhaust leak... check crossover and Check the selinoid lines again for cracking. Look at your o2's and report back with details.

its a little cold for me to be checkin my O2s, but later today...
I'm sure my puck isnt sealing all the way, but it was and was still doin the same thing...I cant get my lever to go past 10 psi...I figured 17psi was too much on red's 93 chip w/ 91 octane...but now I cant get it back up:( how do you do it?

Also, do you think that if the poston headers were the bigger headers, ie the 1 5/8 primaries, that could cause the lag?
What kind of boost should I be rinning at like 2800rpms?
