Hi,

Can anyone tell me what turbo that TA49 is based on?

I need to change the seals (leaking a bit of oil) and was wondering if there was a kit that I could order for seals and bearings for the centre section, and whther such a kit would be for a 'common' Garrett turbo.

Plus, just how good are the new super-duper billet TA49 style turbos, and who sells them?

TA49 is based on the Stock GN turbo.

any T3 kit should work, you need to confirm your seal and your bearing diameter prior to ordering .
