tach lead

Where is the tach lead located. I'm wanting to hook up an aftermarket tach. i just finished installing the tta motor and wiring harness in my 87 formula and I need a tach.

There are 2 wires right behind the alternator a black wire and a green wire, I believe the green wire is for the tach lead.

NOT on a TTA ...goin to have to get it from the ignition module

There's a white wire with a green plug coming out of the harness on top of the evaporator, I have my shift light hooked up there.
