TailLights: Working off and on

Brake Lights: perfect
Radio: perfect
Headlights: perfect
Interior Lights: perfect

TailLights: Working off and on

I can go under the dash and kind of play with the wiring harness and they will come on and I will check the taillights everywhere I stop and eventually when I check them they will be out and I will have to wiggle the wires under the dash to get them back on.

Fuse never blown: Replaced anyway

Sounds like you're half way there. Get out a schematic, find out which wires under the dash are for the tail lights, buy a friend a beer and have him stand behind the car while you get under the dash and wiggle wires. Start at any connectors and just wiggle little places until you find the problem. Then fix it. Pretty straight forward stuff.
